Cold Remedy Italian-style

Yes, it gets cold even in Italy, but here is my travelicious way of a cold remedy.

If a picture says more than 1000 words, than I shall just let this video speak for itself completely. And just in case you cannot tell, this cold remedy Italian-style is a bowl of ooey-gooey happiness in the form of baked scamorza (smoked Mozzarella) con funghi porcini (yes, mushrooms, but that sounds a lot less intriguing). With the smooth jazz playing in the background, the one and only regret I had about this sumptuous meal at one of my all-time favorite restaurants is that it was dinner for one!
